Important information : Administrative system conversion for policyholders of IMS*, NNRRIF*, ELAP*, NNAAP* and Money Market Segregated Funds ( "Former NN Segregated Funds").

This November, we will be migrating former NN Segregated Fund policies to a new administration system and as a result there will be changes in how we handle the administration of client policies. The current system is out of date, and some of the services associated with the policy will no longer be available on the new system. These changes will be in effect in November 2010.

On July 14, a letter will be mailed to Former NN Segregated Fund policyholders. The purpose of the letter is to inform them about how this conversion might affect their policy.

What do you need to know?
Policyholders will receive a letter only with text that describes the impact on their individual policies (i.e. ,conditional text).
In most cases, there will be no action required.

  1. A sample policyholder letter
  2. A chart with the new fund codes
  3. A sample SWP form
